Maintenance Terms and Conditions

These Maintenance Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the maintenance services (“Services”) provided by Repair Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“Customer” or “you”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

  1. Scope of Services: We provide maintenance and repair services for Apple devices, including but not limited to iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and other Apple products.
  2. Service Request: Services are provided upon the Customer’s request and acceptance of our terms.

 

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Device Information: The Customer must provide accurate and complete information about the device, including the make, model, serial number, and a detailed description of the issues.
  2. Backup: The Customer is responsible for backing up all data on their device before submitting it for maintenance. We are not responsible for any data loss.
  3. Authorization: By submitting a device for maintenance, the Customer authorizes us to perform necessary diagnostics and repairs.

 

Service Terms

  1. Estimates and Approvals: We will provide an estimate of costs and obtain Customer approval before commencing any repairs. The estimate may change if additional issues are discovered.
  2. Parts and Warranty: We use high-quality parts for repairs. All replaced parts are warranted for a period of [specify warranty period, e.g., 90 days] from the date of repair. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Device Condition: We will take reasonable care of the device while it is in our possession. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues not related to the repair.
  2. Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the device.

 

Termination and Changes

  1. Termination: Either party may terminate the Service request at any time. The Customer will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of termination.
  2. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Customer will be notified of any significant changes.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services provided will be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
